The staff were courteous and accommodating, and the property was in a scenic location. the hotel was easily accessible via public transportation.
My overall experience was poor due to various issues. The linens and towels seemed old and used, hot water was non-existent, and the room was uncomfortably cold.

We spent Christmas at a hotel that was situated near the downtown area and had easy access to public transportation. the staff was accommodating and friendly, and the breakfast was very delicious. the room we stayed in was secure and had a beautiful view.
The hotel had limited access to potable water, and there was no heating system in the room, making the evenings quite chilly. the linens and towels provided were thin and did not match, which was somewhat off-putting.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic. I loved the panoramic view from the hillside, and the nearby cafés were convenient. The breakfast was delicious, especially the chillaquilles. The hotel was also very secure.
